I’ve been through the fire!

I am a graduate of the Grassfire LEIP program. What does that mean? It means I’ve been through the fire and I didn’t come out the same. LEIP stands for Leadership Excellence In Practice. It’s not just a title, it’s a transformation. It means I’ve done the work to lead with clarity, to stay grounded in conflict, to regulate emotion instead of reacting to it. Before LEIP, I was holding the weight of responsibility: family, business, identity, pressure, and I didn’t always have the tools to carry it well. I was leading, yes, but I wasn’t always leading myself. I needed something deeper than motivation. I needed something real. Under the guidance of Dr. David Robertson, this program gave me frameworks backed by neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and personal integrity. It showed me how to ask better questions, how to communicate when things get hard, and how to lead without losing who I am in the process. I’m here. Because I’ve been there.
